Pacientitos is a clinical photo record-keeping tool. It holds photographs of patients — sensitive information — and it is built so that this information never passes through our hands.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and why. It applies to the iOS and iPadOS application.
None.
Pacientitos has no servers of ours, no user accounts, no analytics, and no third-party components. We do not receive, and cannot see, any information from your practice.
In two places, both under your control:
That private database belongs to your account, not ours. We have no access to it and cannot inspect its contents, and the space it uses counts against your iCloud storage plan.
Syncing uses Apple’s infrastructure. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by their privacy policy, not by this one.
To take the photographs — it is the only way to add images to the app. Pacientitos does not read your photo library and does not save images into it. When you share a photo set, the system share sheet is used and you choose the destination.
You are. Pacientitos is a tool you use in your practice; the information you record in it belongs to you and your patients. Obtaining the consent needed to photograph a patient, and complying with the health and data-protection rules that apply to you, is your responsibility as a professional.
No. There is nothing to share, because we receive nothing.
Because we keep no copy, there is nothing you need to request from us and nothing we need to delete on your behalf.
We may update it if the app’s features or the applicable law change. Any revision will be published on this website.
